How can a chemist order wholesale medicines in Kanpur?
Register your firm with Medcy Pharma using your Drug Licence and GST number (or PAN). Once we approve you — usually the same day — you can order online in about two minutes at wholesale rates, and choose doorstep delivery or pickup from our Birhana Road store.
Is there a minimum order value?
No. There is no minimum order value. Order exactly what your shop needs, from a single strip to a full case, and you still get the wholesale rate and the scheme.
Do I need a GST number to open an account?
No. If you are not GST-registered, a PAN is enough. All prices on the platform already include GST, so the rate you see is the rate you pay.
Are the medicines original and billed with batch numbers?
Yes. Every medicine is original and every bill carries the batch number, so your traceability is complete. Cold-chain items such as insulins and vaccines are handled under temperature control.
How fresh is the stock?
We dispatch first-expiry-first-out, so you receive sellable dating rather than someone else's leftovers. You also get an early alert if an item you hold is approaching expiry.
Can I return near-expiry medicines?
Yes. Near-expiry stock in saleable condition and within the return window can be returned for credit, which is applied to your account. See our returns and near-expiry policy for the full detail.
What payment options do you offer?
Cash on collection, UPI, or credit terms on larger orders. UPI carries a discount over the cash rate, and you can switch a cash order to UPI at any time before we start packing it.
Do you deliver to my shop?
Yes. We deliver across Kanpur to your shop, or you can collect from our store at 59/112 Birhana Road. Orders placed in working hours are packed the same day.
Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?
Yes. Every order has a five-minute window in which you can edit it, add items, or cancel it. After that the order is locked so it can be packed accurately.
What hours can I place an order?
Any hour, any day. The platform is open around the clock — place an order late at night or on a Sunday and it is packed in the next working slot.
How do I log in?
With your WhatsApp number. We send a one-time code to WhatsApp; enter it and you are in. There is no password to remember.
Does Medcy Pharma supply surgicals and disposables too?
Yes. Alongside medicines we supply syringes, gloves, dressings, IV sets and other disposables, plus nutrition and pediatric ranges.
