The Platform is a business-to-business service intended for use by licensed pharmacy and healthcare businesses and their authorised representatives. It is not intended for individual consumers or for anyone under the age of 18.
We collect only the information needed to verify your business, process your orders, and operate the Platform.
We do not collect health information about individual patients through the Platform.
We process your information on the basis of your consent, which you provide when you register and use the Platform, and, where applicable, on the basis of legitimate and lawful uses such as fulfilling your orders, maintaining business and statutory records, and complying with law. You may withdraw your consent at any time (see “Your rights” below), although this may prevent us from providing the Platform to you.
We use the WhatsApp Business Platform, provided by Meta, to send verification codes (OTPs) and service notifications to the mobile number you provide. When we send these messages, your number and the message content are processed by Meta in accordance with Meta’s and WhatsApp’s own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal or business information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share information only as needed to run the Platform and as required by law:
We require our service providers to protect your information and to use it only for the purposes we specify.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. All traffic to and from the Platform is encrypted using HTTPS / TLS. Your account data is stored on secured servers with restricted access, protected by authentication controls, and access to administrative functions is limited and password-protected. While no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, we work to safeguard your information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and for as long as necessary to provide the Platform. We may retain certain information for longer where required to comply with our legal, regulatory, tax, and pharmaceutical record-keeping obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. When information is no longer required, we take steps to delete it securely or to anonymise it.

The Platform does not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. We use your browser’s local storage to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences such as your chosen language. You can clear this at any time through your browser settings, though doing so will sign you out.
The Platform is intended solely for licensed businesses and their authorised representatives. It is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect information from, anyone under the age of 18.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Platform after an update means you accept the revised policy.
