How to order medicines online
A registered chemist can place a wholesale medicine order with Medcy Pharma in about two minutes.
Search the item, add the quantity, choose cash, UPI or credit, and confirm. No phone call, no waiting for a
representative, and no minimum order. You can order at any hour — late at night or on a Sunday —
and the order is packed the next working slot.
Step by step
- Register your firm with your Drug Licence and GST (or PAN). It takes about two minutes and it is free.
- We approve you — usually the same day, often within the hour. The full catalogue and live rates then open up.
- Search and add items. Each product shows the live rate, the scheme, the MRP and the batch.
- Choose how to pay — UPI (best price), cash on collection, or credit terms.
- Confirm. You get an instant confirmation with an itemised invoice on WhatsApp.
- Change your mind? You have a five-minute window to edit, add to, or cancel the order.
- Collect or receive. Pick up from Birhana Road, or have it delivered to your shop.

Tracking your order
Every order shows its live status — received, processing, ready to dispatch, dispatched, delivered — with the order number, date and time. You get a WhatsApp update at each stage, and the itemised invoice as a PDF.
Paying
Pay by UPI for the best price, or cash when you collect. If you started with cash you can still switch to UPI and take the discount right up until we begin packing. Credit terms are available on larger orders — see schemes and pricing.
