Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 21 July 2026
Medcy Pharma is a pharmaceutical wholesale and distribution business at 59/112 Birhana Road, Kanpur,
Uttar Pradesh (GSTIN 09CACPS3577C1ZJ, Drug Licence UP7820B001579 / UP7821B001572). We supply
only to businesses holding a valid Drug Licence and GST registration — chemists, pharmacies,
hospitals and other licensed healthcare businesses. We do not sell to the general public, and nothing on
this platform is an offer to sell medicines to consumers.
1. About these terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of medcypharma.com and its associated ordering platform (the “Platform”), operated by Medcy Pharma (“we”, “us”, “our”). By registering for an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
This is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and does not require a physical or digital signature. We may update these terms; the version published here at the time of your order applies to that order.
2. Who may use the Platform
- You must be a business holding a valid Drug Licence and GST registration (or PAN, where you are not GST-registered), and you must be authorised to purchase medicines for that business.
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- We verify every account before approving it. We may decline or withdraw an account at our discretion, including where licence details cannot be verified.
- One business, one account. The same GST number or Drug Licence may not be registered on more than one account.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for everything done through your account. Your account is verified by a one-time code sent to your registered mobile number — keep that number secure and tell us immediately if it changes or is compromised.
4. Prescription medicines
Prescription medicines are supplied strictly on a wholesale basis to licensed businesses, for onward dispensing by you against a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner, in accordance with the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945. You are responsible for your own compliance with those laws, for maintaining the records they require, and for the conditions in which you store and dispense what you buy from us.
5. Orders, pricing and availability
- Prices, discounts and stock shown on the Platform are indicative and are confirmed when we accept your order. Stock is allocated on a first-confirmed basis.
- If an item becomes unavailable after you order it, we will tell you and bill only what we actually supply.
- All prices are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. GST is charged at the applicable rate and shown on your tax invoice.
- Batch and expiry details are shown at the point of order and printed on your invoice.
6. Payment terms
- Orders may be paid by cash, UPI, or on approved credit terms.
- Credit is a facility we may offer at our discretion to GST-registered accounts. It is earned, has a limit, and can be reduced or withdrawn — the current rules are shown in your account.
- Where credit is extended, payment is due by the due date shown on your bill. If a bill is not cleared by its due date we may pause further ordering until it is settled, and your credit limit may be reduced.
- Any discount for early or on-time payment is applied as shown in your account at the time of the order.
7. Delivery and collection
See our Shipping and Delivery Policy.
8. Returns, cancellations and refunds
See our Return Policy and Refund and Cancellation Policy.
9. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act or any other applicable law.
- Do not resell to anyone not entitled to receive the goods.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, disrupt it, or extract its data by automated means.
10. Intellectual property
The Platform, its design, content and software are ours or are licensed to us. Brand names and trademarks of the medicines we distribute belong to their respective owners.
11. Liability
We supply goods manufactured by third parties. Manufacturer warranties, where they exist, are referred to the manufacturer. To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the invoice value of that order. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including transport disruption, supply failure, regulatory action, or a failure of banking or payment infrastructure.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
14. Grievance redressal
In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, any grievance about the Platform or these terms may be raised with our Grievance Officer using the contact details below. We aim to acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within 30 days.
